Change Mail Port
Before I bother your techies with the support ticket I have just had the following email from fasthoists regarding this problem,
Email is below, is this worth trying? If so where do I make these changes.
Dear Sir / Madam,
Thanks for contacting us with your support enquiry.
Please may I suggest you change the port from 25 to 225 and then try again.
If that still fails then please come back to us with the script details and authorise us to reset the FTP password so we can look into the issue further.
