sorry, i'm back

Hi Jason,
I'm sorry to coming back with the same problem, but it doesn't work.
I've done everything you tell me to do, but I still have this issue :
On an update recordset page, if I don't send the image again, the filename stored in the database is erased. I can't give away a webapp with this issue. If if just have to update something in the text, why do I send the image again ?
The problem exists on every update pages I made. For exemple this one (not protected yet) :

newsFR_Update.php?id=2

To save time, I allready do the few steps you tell me to do before. Here are the results when a don't upload a new file :

Status object: WA_UploadResult1
statusCode : 0
errorMessage : No file uploaded
clientFileName :
fileExtension :
serverFileName : DSC_0008_2.JPG
serverSimpleFileName :
serverDirectory :
contentType :

fileWasSkipped :
fileWasRenamed :

***serverSimpleFileName :
***serverDirectory :
***contentType :
***fileSize : -1
***imageWidth : -1
***imageHeight : -1
***statusCode : 0

Here is the result when a upload a file with the same name :
