Saving the Target Listing in MySQL

I am relatively new to PHP. I have successfully created the Dropdown Menu as described in the 'Getting Started'. I now need to submit it in my database. I have obviously created the standard DW 'Insert' code.

When I Submit I get the error message, "Notice: Undefined index: Target in C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\olas\dropdowns.php on line 41".

................. can you believe it. I forgot to select the entries in 'Target'. My, this is embarrassing!
