Thanks Jason, I've heard the messages, but have been out when you've tried to call. Honestly, I'm content with editing the region to suit my need so I'll close the support ticket if that's why you're trying to call. I don't know what we could resolve over the phone as I've done everything by the defaults several times with the same results. My guess is that there's an error in the script calling the info from the database as everything else aside from this one box is working fine. Of course, if I'm the only one having the issue while others are not, then obviously the script is working fine and something else went haywire.
I could submit my files or setup a temporary FTP account to this install if you want to take a look at the files on the server. Send me a PM (does the forum permit PM's?) or you could send me an email to the address I used to sign up here for the info if desired.
