PHP 5.3 Released, Causing Known Issues

PHP 5.3 was recently released, causing some known issues with our PHP-based extensions and solutions. We are working to isolate the problems and provide solutions specific to each product.

One problem recurring through several products is that the function split() is no longer supported and needs to be replaced with explode() or preg_replace() where regular expressions are necessary. If you are PHP-savvy, it may be simple enough for you to make this change in your code, should you detect a problem with your website. If you need help with this process or discover a different PHP error on your website, please post details of the error under the applicable forum. Our technical support engineers will help you resolve.

Thank you for your patience while we isolate and resolve affected products.
