as i have said repeatedly, the code for the description:

$ATC_itemDescription = "".$row_rsLongUnisex['COLOR']  .",".$row_rsLongUnisex['SIZE']  ."";// column binding

is using the recordset value, this will not give you the item selected in the form, to return the item selected from the form, you need to adjust that code to use the post:

$ATC_itemDescription = "".$_POST['SizeElementName']  .",".$_POST['ColorElementName'] ."";// column binding

also, on every one of the add to cart buttons on your page, the select lists are not part of the form.

for example:

<select name="select2" id="select2">

                    <option selected="selected">Color</option>
                  <td height="26" align="left" valign="top"><select name="select" id="select">
                    <option selected="selected">Size</option>
                  <td align="left" valign="top">&nbsp;
                    <form name="cupcake1_1_ATC_<?php echo $row_rsLongUnisex["PRODUCTID"]; ?>" method="POST"  action="<?php echo $_SERVER["PHP_SELF"]; ?><?php echo (isset($_SERVER["QUERY_STRING"]) && $_SERVER["QUERY_STRING"] != "")?"?".$_SERVER["QUERY_STRING"]:""?>">
                      <input type="hidden" name="cupcake1_1_ID_Add" value="<?php echo $row_rsLongUnisex["PRODUCTID"]; ?>" >
                      <input type="text" name="cupcake1_1_Quantity_Add" value="1" size="4" >
                      <input type="submit" class="eC_FormButton" value="Add to Cart" name="cupcake1_1_ATC">

notice that the select list code is not between the <form....> and </form> tags.

if it is not between the form tags, it will not be included when the add to cart button is posted, this is very basic html.
