How can I simutaniosly autosend confirmation email and registration email

I want to make a basic registration form that does not submit to a database, but all the information is sent to me via email. However when the consumer submits the form I want a pre-composed email with an attachment auto-sent to the email address that they entered as part of the registration email form.

So a recap:

step one:
Customer fills out registration form ( name, address, phone, email) and hits the "register" button.

step two:
After the "register" button is hit an email with the registration information would be sent to me. Simultaneously, a preformatted confirmation email with and attachment would be sent to the customers via the email address that they entered in the form?

How can this be accomplished with your tools here? I have all the dreamweaver extension you guys offer.

Thank you.
