Restricting access to page using Two rules

Restricting access to page using Two rules

I am using SecurityAssist 1.1.9 and I would like to know if I can put to different page access rules on a page.

For example I'm building a website for an English school and the way that the internal database for the school is setup I have to have the login for different users using different table in the database. With this I had to Run the SecurityAssist wizard a couple of time for the different users. That all work fine. But I want to restrict access to a page, but I want both logins to work on this page. If I just put a rule on the page for both users in doesn't allow ether user to access. What can I do to allow both user to access the page?
