File Formats

Im trying to set up a product that will be a downloadable product. I have setup my product information and pointed it to my digital product folder outside the root folder. I get this

Product Name: Joes Sub Shop No File Found
File Name: WynkoopLogo_1.jpg
Downloads Left: 1

What is the file format I need for my product.

Settings:

Store Name: Aspen Peak Online store

Test Mode: off

Digital Goods Directory: /library/webserver/digitalgoods

Enable Email Verification: check

Debug Mode: off
