importing lists to PM

This is what I got when I tried to import:

SQL query:

UserFirstName UserLastName UserAddress UserAddress1 UserCity UserState UserZip UserCountry UserFax UserPhone UserEmail UserID UserWeb A Bogdanoff [email]

MySQL said:
#1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'UserFirstName UserLastName UserAddress UserAddress1 UserCity UserState UserZip U' at line 1

I have greated the Excell file with contacts. Now how do I import it into the database? When I get to my admin side of data base all I see is "information_schema (25) and the name of my database (not going to reveal it here). So what do I import that data on to? Note that both PowerStore and PowerMessenger uses the same database.

Then I have this at the bottom of the page:

This value is interpreted using strftime, so you can use time formatting strings. Additionally the following transformations will happen: __SERVER__/server name, __DB__/database name. Other text will be kept as is.
