I think you are missing some basic points on how a relational database works.

the Groups table is the table you use the define all of the available users levels.
using the Blue Sky Music Database, the groups table has the following user levels defined:

| GroupID | GroupName |
+---------+----------------+
| 1 | Visitors |
+---------+----------------+
| 2 | Power Users |
+ --------+----------------+
| 3 | Administrators |
+---------+----------------+




the value stored in the VisitorsGroupID column of the visitors table is a foreign key relation to the GroupID column in the groups table.

in other words, if the value of the VisitorsGroupID column is 1, that means the user is a member of the Visitors user group. 3 is a member of the Administrators group.

Since you want your list to display the names of the user levels, you need to define those names in the groups table.

the numeric number that is stored in the visitors table relates that user to the associated group by the GroupID
