Do's and Don'ts

Before you post:
1. Use the search feature in the main navigation bar to see if the topic has been covered already. Do not create redundant posts.
2. Check for a product's known issues on the product page in the Download Center. If your issue isn't there, troubleshoot by utilizing our extensive documentation - linked from the main Support menu.

In your post:
1. Make your subject line descriptive. Use "Importing a Preset in the Layout Manager" instead of "Please help!"
2. Provide enough information to allow others to help you the first time around. Offer a URL, paste your code, add browser or platform details. Saying something "doesn't work" adds more back-and-forth time to getting you a solution.
