I purchased a new computer and am trying to reinstall my software. I have added the SiteImport extension and copy and pasted the serial number from the email I received after purchase. I am getting a message that the serial number is invalid.

Try looking on the product download page and use that serial number.

I did that. That was the most obvious thing to try, first. I copied and pasted first from the email, and then from the online download page.

What version of Dreamweaver are you installing the extension on?

What version of the extension are you running?

Looks like you activated yesterday according to our records. I just tried activating using the same serial number and I was able to activate correctly.

Do you have any firewall, security or virus scan software running? If you do, could you try disabling these while activating?
