Canot activate Search for bos

I am trying to activate search for bos, but not passing through, I am using mac and have no intivirus software installed, and my firewall is set to allow all connection with no extra set up, could tell me what to do? your products are really giving me a headache, hope there will be an alternative soon, and please get at least a chat tech support, having to post any single thread in your forum, is kind of too much work and annoying.

Is search for boss the only extension you are not able to activate? (if you have other extensions)

Also, could you tell me what version of MAC you are using (10.5, 10.6, PPC, Intel)? And what version of Dreamweaver you are using?
