Activation Problem with Site Import

I purchased a new computer & needed to install all my programs and add ons. I downloaded & installed site import and when the activation window pops up it is blank - no place to type in my code.

Please help, I need to download a clients site so I can redo it and her previous designer is unavailable to give access.
