If you are creating a static HTML map, then no, but if you are creating a dynamic map, such as one with a driving directions form on it, then yes.

It is impossible for me to tell.

Did you run the XAMPP installation wizard?

Did you follow the configuration steps in the tutorial I linked to?

Is the Apache server started?

What _do_ you get in the browser when going to http://localhost/?

What is your OS?

If it is Windows, Do you have IIS Installed? If so uninstall it.

In the setup_xampp.bat screen, try selecting option 5 to enable IPv4 support only

i did check and my computer doesn't have it.

In the setup_xampp.bat screen, try selecting option 5 to enable IPv4 support only
Show 5.enable IPv4 only (current: IP4/6 (auto)

ALSO WHEN I CLICK ON " Admin" show error message

"Show 5.enable IPv4 only (current: IP4/6 (auto))"

This means that you currently have it set to P4/6 (auto), select optin 5 again to toggel it to IPv4 only.
