Initialising Menu Problem

Hi I'm using Dreamweaver cs3. I have tried to create a new menu and clicked on the ok button but the menu bar isn't being created. The window that comes up with the progress bar says its initialising. When I click on the go button it does nothing and the progress bar dosn't move at all.

Please post a support incident. I am not familiar with this problem, so somebody will probably have to debug it with you directly.
