HELP!!!! UNABLE TO USE JUST PURCHASED Eric Meyer's CSS SCULPTOR 3

When I select in Dreamweaver -> "New CSS Sculptor Page.." I get the following error. I am no longer able to use CSS SCULPTOR. I am not able to access the support forum, so I need your help.. thanks

"While executing onLoad in wacs_quickkinsert.htm the following JavaScript error at line 145: <directory>/configuration/Commands/wacs_quickinsert.js"

NOTE: There is no wacs_quickinsert.js in that folder. I am not able to use Eric Meyer's CSS SCULPTOR 3 I just purchased! :confused:

delete the Dreamweaver cache file from the users configuration folder:

if you still have problems, double check the following:
1) Make sure you have defined a site in Dreamweaver.

2) Create a new page, save it to the defined site and make sure that page is open before going to File -> New CSS Sculptor Page.
