Powerstore paypal credit card sandbox does not work

I have been going back and fourth with support for a week on this issue. I have a paypal sandbox account. On the checkout page I am able to check out with sandbox paypal express check out. However, when I try to check out with the sandbox credit card option, nothing happens- the same page loads with no errors.

WA Globals are as follows:

$WAGLOBAL_Test_Mode = false;
$WAGLOBAL_Paypal_Sandbox = "true";

I have tried this process with firefox and internet explorer- same results.

Any ideas?

Does it give an error message? Please post a support incident and somebody will help you debug it.

No error message is given. It just loads the same page again. I have a ticket opened but support has been very slow to respond. They indicated it may be a problem with my internet explorer, but I also have the same experience with firefox. Does the user need to confirm their email address for this process to work correctly?

It should at least take you to an error page. I'm sure support will find a solution within a day. It could be incorrect or incomplete profile on paypal.... did you alter the submit button in any way?
