I need to generate different forms from different areas of a site. Each would have different content and title and be addressed to a different recipient.
Can this be (easily or readily) done using ContactFormSolutionPack?

It can be done relatively easily, yes.

I'm sure this can be (easily or readily) done using ContactFormSolutionPack.
I can't seem to find where to begin to make this happen.
Could you please point me in the right direction?

Just create multiple copies of the Globals.php page for each version you want. Then you can create as many copies as you need and each can have their own specifications.

So than would I have several iterations of Globals.php named differently (This_Globals.php, That_Globals.php, TheOther_Globals.php etc.) in the same directory or would they all be named Globals.php each in their own directory?

Either would work.
