help with permissions

hi, let me just say I am a huge novice . after I defined a site in DW I opened the index page of the powerstore. it asked if I wanted to make it writable and I said yes. I did this to about 5 pages. the little "lock" icon next to the filenames are gone. if you could tell me step by step how to undo that I would greatly appreciate it . thank you, jim

Just go to the folder in windows explorer and right click to mark the pages as read only. You can do it on the entire directory or individual files.
