Insert Comment field into add to cart form.

Hi Guys,
I am creating a services website.
I need to let my clients send me a note(comments) to the specific service that his is buying.I need to send each note with respective service to the database.
Is possible to insert a text field or text area into "add to cart" form?

Yes. Just add the comment as a column in the cart from the cart object columns tab and it will appear in the add to cart interface and you can mark it as updatable from a text field in the add to cart form.
