Setting up Region other than US

please let me know how to set up the boss for DE Region search.

i tried search for city "Düsseldorf" with no search result. than i tried "Duesseldorf" with search matches having on "Düsseldorf". How the way is searching for "Düsseldorf" and not "Duesseldorf"

The extension return the results that are returned by Yahoo BOSS Search, and this seem to be more related to their API and how they read the search string.
