I'm trying to import a CSS template zip file. The instructions say go to:

Insert > WebAssist > CSS Sculptor > Layout Manager

I have no Layout Manager option. Why?

The documentation on this is slightly outdated. The layout manager is now the preset manager and can be found under Insert->Webassist menu. Which documentation are you looking at so I can have this updated with the correct information?
