Getting the message that WebAssist is not able to contact the server to validate my serial number. I have several products that need activation.

Here is the message:

Unable to connect to server.
Your firewall or anti-virus software is blocking the online activation. Disable all firewall and anti-virus software and try again. If you continue to have problems, submit a Technical Support Request.

I have turned firewall and AV software off. We are running a proxy at my business. Can you advise of a solution?

I have opened up a backend ticket for you to generate the license files that you need. You can check the ticket by logging into your account on www.webassist.com and checking your support history.

upon trying to reactivate MenuWriter 1 in CS4
i get error 1

can't confirm activation.
If I'm being forced to upgrade to get it to work,
will look elsewhere.

please help keep me as a customer.

I cannot seem to get the screen to allow me to activate from my dreamweaver version mx2004 I have used this product previously and would like to continue using it. can u help?

What extension are you trying to activate?

What is the version of that extension?

What OS are you using?
