javascript error

Having the same problem as many people. Have uninstalled security assist, deleted cache, etc. etc. . White blank box..javascript error. I have posted with screen shot that might be connected to not being able to add querystring binding..javascript error on that too.

Please help!

So there is NO mistake and going back to say I didn't give you the error(even though its on a bunch of posts)
