I can find the submission page for 'Submit a Ticket', but where has the view support ticket in waiting gone?

Someone has obviously done a 'Spring clean' today and lost the link!!

Found it!

Whoever altered the interface did a good job of hiding it I use Roboform, which logs me in automatically, so don't tend to look near the login button!!
