Is your entire site one big flash movie? If so, forget about SEO pretty much, at least as far as on page optimization goes. The search engines can't read an embedded flash movie and extract the data from it to see what your site is about, other than through a few rudimentary tags you can place on your flash file.

Ok, so your suggestion is to build and HTML alternative site? and use both for users and search engines?

What are your flash elements? You really should only have to use flash for animation.

You can have flash elements on your page (like the web assist header) but everything else should be proper css/html.

You need to learn all you can about using Flash, both from the visual aspects thru the coding aspects--but all that will only get you to be able to design Flash sites... to design beautiful Flash sites requires additional talents in graphic/artistic design and innovative thinking--very often these are skills one cannot ;earn as much as they have a gift for it that they have used throughout their lives in different forms.

Your best bet will be to get formal training. There is alot you need to learn and you should expect it to take a long time to become competent in using Flash.
