JavaScript error while loading WA-NortifyCO_0_Gen.htm

I keep getting an error when I open up a site in dreamweaver that I was trying to use Secruity Assist and then was planning to move on to eCart. The error states:
JavaScript error while laoding WA_NorifyCO_0_Gen.htm: Unable to open script file "C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Dreamweaver CS3\Configuation\Shared\Webassist\eCart\WA_NotifyC O_Share.js" (error 3).

I am using Vista 64bit. Dreamweaver CS3 is the program I'm using to develop the website.

This might be an issue with the winfilecache#####.dat file. Here is a link to a page that discusses the steps needed to delete this file and clear any problems associated with it. If this does not work for you there are further troubleshooting techniques on the page for deleting or renaming your configuration folder. You should give that a try, let us know how it goes for you.
