CSS Sculptor 2 - java error

When attempting to open the CSS Sculptor 2 in CS4 I get the following error:
"While executing onLoad in wacs_wizard.htm, the following JavaScript error(s) occurred:
In file "wacs_wizard"
initializeUI is not defined"

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the extension several times. This is the latest version 2.05.

Running Windows Vista Home Premium.

Reinstalled windows entirely 2 days ago.

Running the latest sun java 6 (version 6, update 16 (build 1.6.0_16-b01) and it tests ok.

All help is greatly appreciated.

by clearing Winfilecashe.dll the extension installed properly.
