I cannot install security assist

Dear,

I am not able to install security assist, when I try to install using my extension manager of course (CS4)

fir I am asked to overwrite some help files, configuration and so on, and then as end message, I get "Menu cannot be updated, the extension cannot be installed" so, I have no idea how to come arround

The first thing I would try is to delete the cache file:

Sometimes restarting Extension Manager clears problems as well. You can safely select "Overwrite all" . Also make sure you uninstall an extension before install a new version.

The error message "Menu cannot be updated, the extension cannot be installed" is caused by a bug in Dreamweaver where the menu.xml file can sometimes become corrupted.

Follow step 2 for renaming the configuration folder from the following link:

I tried both things, but the problem still there. I even tried to install another extension and worked, but not Security Assist.
