. . . I have a client (fishing & boating newspaper - print & online) who is trying to "tie-in" with an existing charter outfit that has an accessories store. My client would also like to provide an outlet for local artisans w/out their own websites (e-commerce consignment), as well as offering newspaper distribution & re-prints. This point would be the WebAssist eCart (static).
So . . .
Is eCart capable of accepting product feeds from existing sites? Is it a pure dynamic database problem to solve?

It is possible to do, but I don't think there are any tutorials on the topic and it would probably take knowledge of mySQL and php to really pull off well.
