auto resonds email with greeting senders name ?

i have a form and an auto respond email sent back to the person that fills out the form. Now I would like to upgrade this by reading the name field and when auto responds go back to them it will be "Hello blhblh," if that is possibe can I also do the same with the comment field, I am working in php,

When creating the mail body, go to the bindings tab and expand the form collection. You can use these bindings in the email to return the values that where entered.
