Are you planning on creating an extension that will offer Live Chat capabilities. The pricing structure ofr the majority of software out there is $20 plus a month. I would prefer a one of charge and an extension or solution from yourselves as I know I can count on the support.

We don't have this on our roadmap, but thank you for the suggestion.

We probably wouldn't create an "extension" for it, but could create solution in php using our existing extensions. We don't currently have anything like this in the works.
