Confirm page issue-

I 'm trying to figure out how to store the Store Details in my database-when i turn the trigger to happen with the submit order button gets pressed, my confirm page goes blank. I'm not sure what the triggers should be for the Universal Email, Store Details and Summary because when they are on "any form post" they don't work. Please help.

The trigger should be set to the button press event of the button on the page for all of them.

The confirm page now works but I can't seem to get the data into the database. I'm trying to setup the digital download function that occurs at checkout_success. It doesn't seem to be cappturing the file. Any thoughts?

Maybe you are redirecting before the database insert. I could only guess without looking at it and actively debugging the page.

Your download probably depends on your database being updated properly, so probably start with that.

You should post a support incident. I couldn't debug the page without having access to your server. If you can't debug it yourself then you should go to support and not the forums. The forums are for do it yourself answers. If you need the next level of support you will need to post an incident.
