I received an email saying that my order was approved. It gives me an order number and serial number. When I go to download the program, no program is available for download. There are other resources to download, but not the program. What can I do?

I have checked on your profile just now by logging in as your user to check the downloads. I can confirm that it is now available for you. If you login and click on the downloads link in the your account area you will see your Site Import 3 download. The actual extension is in the extensions part when you click on Site Import 3.

Thanks for your help. I had to download a newer version of Dreamweaver to make Site Import work. It is all set up. Now, however, when I try to import the following site, http://www.tbemaine.org/ , it just freezes and stops importing. What can I do?

What is the version and build of Dreamweaver that you are using? There are some known issues and problems like this will occur on DW8 in pre-release versions. It should work in 3481 but build 3453 has problems. You can find out the build number under the about info by clicking on the scrolling text.

There is something you can try to see if there is an issue with the installation of the extension. Locate the cache file and delete it, then restart your machine and try it again. If the problem persists it may be an issue with the configuration folder. Just to be sure you should also try the step of removing this configuration folder to see if it gets you past the issue. If not I will need to do some testing and look into the issue further with you. Here is a link to a page that contains the steps to for both of these:

I still cannot download the extension that I purchased (site import v2.) Additionally, if your system will not send a validation link so that I can verify my email address, I don't know how else to accomplish that either. I've requested assistance through support tickets and chat, but have received none. Perhaps you can advise me on both issues here?

I have gone ahead and manually verified your email address for you. You should now be able to login and visit your download center to get your extensions. Let us know if you have any other problems with this.
