Thanks for the idea, I have forwarded this along. You can make direct feedback from out site by using the Feedback link that is present above the navigation on the site. This way the info will go directly to the correct people. This type of suggestion and other forms of feedback help us to produce better products and be more responsive to our customers needs.

This is sort of puzzling. I'm wondering how to tell when you should put wishes in the Wishlist forum or go back to the main site and use the feedback form (which I never even noticed before).

I would think the feedback form would be intended to serve pre-customers visiting the site, and the support forum would appeal to customers that use the products. A request for a tutorial seems to fall into the user category to me.

Wouldn't it be easier to just have the "correct people" monitor the Wishlist for ideas. :)

Indeed the same people looking at the feedback are also looking at the wish list area. Since the feedback form is not publicly posted it is just another avenue for people to get feedback to us in a more private fashion. Both places are acceptable to submit ideas for new products or suggestions about updates. If you have any specific feedback about the site or non product related you should definitely use the feedback form. I think the idea is that it does not hurt to have multiple avenues for user's to provide us with feedback.
