If I want to start fresh on an existing website I've defined in DW, should I delete the FB folder (anything else?) to remove all the presets and form styles I was using while learning how to use the tool? I don't mind if I lose the presets and have to do everything from scratch, just wondering if removing the FB folder is a way to start fresh for creating a form using FB without having any old presets hanging around.

Steve,
Just go into your preset manager and delete them from there. I am on a mac so I am not 100% sure if it is the same on Windows but the if you go to Insert > WebAssist > Preset Manager, you will then get a dialogue box with a drop down selector allowing you to see presets for the various extensions you have installed. Select the CSS Form Builder and delete away!
Cheers,

As Brian said, deleting the presets you've created by using the preset manager is probably the easiest/cleanest way to remove the presets you have created.
Deleting the Form Builder directory from your site will not remove the presets that you have created. The purpose of having presets is to make it easier for you to create the form on different sites without having to recreate the form you've already made for one site. Therefore, the presets are not created and stored in any particular site.
