Is the only way to get one of the SuCasa templates is by paying a monthy fee.
I have purchased CSS Sculptor 1, 2 3 and SiteAssist and SiteAssist Pro but the templates have never changed. are they any plans to sell an add on pack with the SuCasa templates.

Sucasa has been taken down, but you can access some of the layouts from the download tab and templates:

Currently I do not believe there is any plan to sell a SuCasa Template Bundle.
If you already owned some Sucasa templates, you can download them by going here and logging in:

Hello,
I purchased several templates from SuCasa. I thought the template I purchases for "corporate" included the secondary HTML code. I did notice the last time I logged in before the site was removed that template was now available.
Can I purchase it? I have been a long time user of Web Assist products and it would help me to continue creating professional websites which are compatible in all browsers.
Thank you,
Caryn

If you already purchased the template, you can login and download it here:

Unfortunately, templates can no longer be purchased on SuCasa any more. Premium templates are included as part of the extension library now. Check out this page for more info on what premium content is currently included:
