Getting error when finishing form builder

I'm getting this error when I am finished editing the form and click FINISH.

Did you perhaps install an older extesnion after installing form builder?


Try removing form Builder From the extesnion manager, then reinstalling it.


after reinstalling, delete the Dreamweaver cache file from the users configuration folder:
