Unable to activate

I've just reinstalled CSS Sculptor on my new Mac and input the correct serial number, which has been verified. However, the activate button doesn't work at all. I've been to my download centre to see if I can de-activate my previous installation, but nothing shows up. What's going on? Can anyone help, please?

Are there any error messages when you try to activate? If so, what are the error messages?

Do you have any firewalls or security software that may block the connection when trying to connect to our server to activate?

I am trying to update my CSS Sculptor to 2.0.5 I have installed it and all is well till I come to activate it… all I get are blank dialog boxes so I am unable to enter my serial number to activate. I have to force quite dreamweaver CS3 to get out of it. Please help

Try deleting the Dreamweaver cache file in the users configuration folder, more information can be found here:
