I have not upgraded to the latest version, what are the advantages of upgrading to version 2.

The main advantages of upgrading from version 1 to version 2 is that you can create dynamic menus. You can also change from vertical to horizontal menus on all the menus, rather than for specific menus only. You will also be able to set the selected state of the menu to highlight the menu item for the page you are on.
