How does everyone like Surveyor so far? Is it working for you?

I find it useful for larger sites...for a simple 5-7 page site I usually just submit a basic sitemap when I sign up in Google/Yahoo/Live webmaster accounts.

Hello all,

I bought Surveyor 7 days ago, I am still NOT able to use it.

The last 7 days I have spent many hours trying to make Surveyor to work, but seems that is not possible. I have also spent a lot of hours trying to communicate (support ticket) with one of the technical personnel, to have a solution, but the two responds (over 7 days) I got, were unsuccessful.

I don't believe that, they will take care of my problem because I feel, that they don't respect my money, I spent to buy Surveyor.

I will buy another product in order to have my work done.

I have been using it for a few weeks and I the management and creation of sitemaps is very hard to work with. A lot of trouble just to get it to format correctly.

Please post a support incident if the product is not working the way you would expect. Making us aware of the specific issues you have are the best way to enable us to address those issues in the future.

I to have had surveyor and it was working just fine, until I started using CS3. It goes through the steps and when I click GO it says it is importing but no count is coming up. Left it there for over an hour and still nothing

Please post a support incident. It may have something to do with the site, surveyor version, OS, or DW version, so please include all of that information in your ticket so that somebody can try to reproduce the problem.
