Remove Home Page

I would like to build a site with SiteAssist Professional that does not use the prescribed Home Page. I would like to make my home page a product page, using one of the product page templates. Is this possible? Will SA Pro still be able to generate a working (navigation) menu?

You would probably just want to replace the home page after the wizard has run that way all of the navigation will be in place.
