Universal Email crashes DW CS4

Having openned a page to setup an email form, when openning the Universal Email plugin, it causes an instant crash of the Dreamweaver CS4 program. It then asks twice to send crach data to microsoft because it doesn't close the CS4 the first time and has to be killed again.

I just intsalled the latest version i.e. 3.0.6 and it crashes dreamweaver immediately I launch it. All other extensions are working fine. I uninstalled and reverted to 3.0.5 and this works fine without issues.

I just tried the 3.0.5 too but I still get the crash. Uninstalled then installed.

I had to reinstall dreamweaver to fix this. Mine's fine now.
