Cannot activate on new computer

Hi

I have been using CSS Sculptor in EW2, but need to add it to a new computer - download is ok from my account, but the activation screen freezes, and says that my internet is not working (but it is, I have re-started several times, but the problem remains) - is this a known issue?

This is not a problem that I have a seen often. Do you know if you have any security software in place that may prevent the tool from activating like a firewall or virus software? If so you should try to disable those and try to activate again. If the issue persists let us know and we can open a ticket for you so we can develop a license file for you that will get you past this activation.
