Confused about setting up product options

I have been through the Tutorial for BlueSky Music. I have created a basic Administrator for managing the Categories and the products in those catagories, but I am confused how to set up the product options, and where the customer would choose the oprtions.
Is there an example or tutorial for setting up and managing options for products?

Check out the eCommerce Recipes that are included in your eCart Download Center. There are a number of tutorials in there, some relating to product options.

Please note that these were developed for eCart 3, and some steps may differ slightly. Most eCart 4 customers still find these tutorials very helpful.
