Checkout Wizard - Javascript Error!!!

I am getting the following error every time I try and run the eCart Checkout Wizard...

Can anybody please help? I have numerous problems with eCart and am now looking for an alternative.

You probably just need to delete your winfilecache. Please post a support incident at the webassist website about this issue and somebody will make sure to help get it sorted out.

Lee, did you find an answer to this???????? I would be interested in knowing how you solved it if so, because I'm having the same problems as well.... I tried deleting the winfilecache file as mentioned above and in other threads, but still no joy... Also, as near as I can tell, I've had this problem for quite some time - it's not just the 4.1.6 version of eCart for me..... I tried going back to 4.1.4 and it was mucked up there as well.... It's funny though, that all of the other eCart wizzards work just fine, it's just the Checkout Wizzard!!! Anyway, my support ticket is 87014....

i had this same problem and i found out that Universal Email 2.8 is NOT compatible with eCart4.
after i downloaded and installed Universal Email 3.0, the problem went away.
