HI,
I am getting an error when I try to download this product: "Internet Exploer can not download this product from www.webassist.com"

Hoping someone can tell me what I am doing wrong.

Usually, if you close all instances of IE Completely, then log into the Download center and try downloading again, you can work around this problem. Or you can try using another browser such as FireFox.
