View Full Version : Missing/Illegal Service/Code When Using UPS

I get the following error message on my shipping_fail.php page when trying to get shipping rates from UPS.

"Missing/Illegal Service/Code "

I've double checked that my login, pw and xml access key are correct. Does anyone know what the problem is and how to resolve it?

Did you ever get any resolve to this issue? This is happening t me also and I have exhausted all efforts to correct it. I've searched the forum and the web for answers and find nothing.

On the confirm page, open the Server Behaviors window by going to Window -> Server Behaviors. in the List of server behaviors, double click the eCart UPS Shipping server behavior. On the Second Page, make sure a Service Type is selected from the list, then click OK.
